For example, customers don’t need to buy an entirely new drum handler if a wheel is at the end of its lifecycle. They can alert our team, and we’ll outfit the existing drum handler with a new wheel. We understand that keeping products moving around a warehouse is critical for maintaining efficiency. That’s why we prioritize fast response times with any customer issue.
